Ministerial Development Review (MDR) is available to all beneficed and licensed clergy and stipendiary lay workers in the Diocese of Worcester who hold the Bishop's Licence.
Continuing Ministerial Education is delivered in a variety of ways in the Diocese of Worcester.
Clergy are entitled to claim statutory parental leave if they have a baby or adopt a child.
